Váci Greens is a large scale campus style development with over 130,000 sq m of exclusive “A+” class offices within an extensive green working environment.
The scheme consists of 6 buildings, built in two Phases (Phase I – Building A, B & C and Phase II – Buildings D, E, F). With the handover of the first four buildings, 80,000 m2 office space was leased to tenants. Buildings E & F offer approx. 50,000 m2 “A+” class offices and were handed over in 2020.
Located in the heart of one of Budapest’s most famous business districts on Váci Corridor, it is easily accessible thanks to the direct metro line connection.

Green Certification, Efficiency, Sustainabilty
Váci Greens has been designed to combine the best architectural design with latest construction techniques and technological building systems. These results reduced operational costs. In addition to cost benefits these design considerations ultimately reduce the environmental impact of the project which is reflected by the BREEAM Excellent certification. Váci Greens is the first building in Hungary that has been awarded with the world-renowned environmental certificate. Phase II will provide efficient floor plates with numerous opportunities for subdividing individual floors for multiple occupation. When compared to other locations, this will lead to reductions in the area required to accommodate tenants’ requirements as well as lower occupational costs.
In addition to the BREEAM Excellent certifications, full attention has been paid to fully meet all the requirements of Access4You, which focuses on accessibility.

The Belgian real estate developer ATENOR’s Hungarian project, the Class “A+” Aréna Business Campus Building A won the highest, Five Star Award in the Office Development category on the European Property Awards, the most acclaimed industry award throughout the region
ChemAxon has signed a new lease for approximately 3,050 sq m of office space in one of the latest additions to the Váci Greens office complex, Building ’E’. With the arrival of the industry leader in software solutions and services for chemistry and biology, the building’s occupancy surpasses 54%.
The Belgian-owned Atenor real estate development company has been operating in Hungary for 13 years and is responsible for such mega-projects as Váci Greens, which was completed this year, and Aréna Business Campus, with the first building finished
The sixth and last building of the Váci Greens A+ category office complex, the 23,445 m2 Building “E”, has also received the final occupancy permit. With this, the Atenor flagship project, Váci Greens, is closed.
The fifth, 25,053 m2 ‘F’ building of the A+ category Váci Greens office complex, already having a 67% occupancy rate, has received the occupancy permit as well. The first tenants are going to move in in June.
5,200 square meters office space is leased by Intrum Justitia in Building ‘F’, the newest building of the Váci Greens office campus. With the arrival of the new tenant the occupancy rate of the 25,000 m2 office building is 60%, 7 months before its handover.
An international service provider will rent approx. 4,000 sq m office space with additional expansion areas in the newest, Building “F” at Váci Greens office park. With the arrival of the new tenant in June 2020, the occupancy rate of the building will be around 50%.
