Built from Phare grant in 2003, it is an office building with a high-level information and data transmission background and lease fees that are 30-50% more favourable than the price level of the market.

The E-Factory office building was created from a redolent factory building, which was transformed into an I-T office building, and received the latest technology and data transmission tools during the reconstruction and which now insures exceptionally good labour conditions, by still preserving its architectural specialities, its human-tailored spaces and its atmosphere.

By taking the interests and needs of future occupants into consideration, the designers aimed at modern solutions which are also suitable for the purpose.
That is why the E-Factory offers a service package, which is unique in this category.
The house was built with traditional building technology and its external surface is covered with decorative clinker.

The total office area on the first floor is 631 m2, which can be separated into smaller units by light-weight wall systems depending on the tenants’ needs. On the same floor four meeting rooms can serve as the place for presentations and training courses. The office areas on the third and fourth floors are 677 m2 each that can be separated with light-weight wall systems. The tenants of the third floor can acquire option right to the partial building-in of the attic area. We also realise jobs of interior design if requested by the tenant, by fulfilling its needs. The E-Factory flexibly shapes its services further in fulfilment of the tenants’ needs. Realising the Accelerator House programme, the non-profit organisation assists partners in common projects. In parallel with it operation, it searches the opportunities and resources of newer and newer developments, participates in tender competitions, by representing the common interests of the programme participants.
