The office building is located in the Millennium Center, in the heart of downtown, on Váci Street. Situated in District 5, in the very center of the city, the Millennium Center opened its doors in 1997. The Millennium Center, which includes offices, a shopping mall, and an apartment building, occupies the area bordered by Régiposta, Váci, Piarista, and Galamb Streets.

The Center was built on the site of the famous 1870s hardware store, VASUDVAR, based on the plans of József Finta. In addition to the façade on Piarista Street, he preserved the harmonious spatial proportions and the cast-iron steel structure of the Vasudvar. Alongside the preservation and restoration efforts, modern and contemporary solutions were also incorporated into the details.

The shopping center has three floors and three entrances (from Régiposta St., Váci St., and Piarista St.), with a two-level underground garage beneath it, accessible from Piarista Street. The office building that is part of the Center has eight floors, offering flexibly configurable office spaces.

By car, it can be accessed from Pesti Barnabás Street, and by public transport from Ferenciek Square or Deák Ferenc Square.
