Achieving this rating is an important milestone in the development cycle as well as the acknowledgement of ATENOR’s sustainability efforts. Construction work on RoseVille is in full swing, the building is expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2022.

BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability rating system that examines the entire process of real estate developments based on standards developed by an independent organization, BRE (Building Research Establishment). The system analyzes building development in terms of environmental, social and economic sustainability. RoseVille has achieved the BREEAM “Excellent” rating level through its architectural concept, designs and sustainability solutions.

The premium category RoseVille office building is designed and being built according to the highest technical quality on ground floor plus 3 floors and two underground garage levels with 315 parking spaces. In addition to the sustainability certification, the developer is paying special attention to obtaining an Access4You Gold rating, which promotes accessibility in the workplace. The primary aspect of the development is to create a human-centered workplace that fits organically into the historical townscape of Óbuda and serves the needs and development aspirations of the companies selecting RoseVille as their new home.

The office building was designed by Artonic Design Architect Studio. The project is jointly and exclusively leased by Cushman & Wakefield and Eston International.
