The ACADEMIA Office Building continues its success story with nearly full office occupancy, BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum and Gold certifications.

The building, located in a premium downtown location and combining heritage character with modern infrastructure, has been awarded the BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Moreover, the traditional wing of the office complex has recently obtained the WELL Gold certification, further strengthening its commitment to future-conscious and people-centered operations.

Developed by Europa and ConvergenCE, ACADEMIA stands out for more than just its location in the heart of Budapest’s historic and financial district, close to the Danube. The full-scale renovation completed in 2023 preserved the building’s historic character while upgrading it to meet today’s expectations in technology, comfort, and sustainability. Several new tenants have recently joined the ACADEMIA community, further strengthening its market position. Among them is the NATARA Group, one of Hungary’s largest wine and viticulture companies, which includes WH Winery. The group will move into a custom-designed office this autumn.
