KAPTÁR is one of Budapest's first and most popular community offices, located in the city centre, under Révay köz 4. (5 minutes from both Deák square and Nyugati Railway Station). In this vibrant yet cosy and representative office, we offer now three well equipped private offices with dedicated entrances for small and larger teams. The 12 - 20 and 60 sqm comfortably furnished, climatized, lockable offices are ideal for teams of 2-3, 6-8 or 10-14 people. The spaces are super bright and elegantly separated from other spaces in the community office. Street-facing windows provide constant daylight.

The private offices come fully serviced:
• 24/7 access
• Front desk on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm
• From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Furniture, smart TV, whiteboard, air conditioning
• Enterprise IT environment, stable, strong wifi service, dedicated IP on request
• High level of security (app-based access control, camera system, alarm and remote monitoring)
• Community member discounts for meeting room bookings, seat services, events
• Other office services, infrastructure (printing, specialty coffee/tea, etc. - for an additional fee)

Rental fees:
• 2-4 person office: 850 EUR + VAT / month
• 6-8 person office: 1550 EUR + VAT / month
• 10-14 person office: 2650 EUR + VAT / month

The rental fees include all costs items (office rent, office infrastructure, maintenance and upkeep and other overheads), full furniture and installed technology.
In addition, you have free use of KAPTÁR's meeting rooms for short telephone or conference calls, which are available at a reduced member rate for longer meetings.

Long-term rentals or pre-payments are eligible for a discount!
