The new development phase of Bartók Court is to be completed by Q3 2018.
Similarly to the previously constructed buildings, InfoGroup lays great emphasis on high-quality implementation and the creation of an elegant working environment during the development of the second phase of Bartók Court. The A-category office building complex is characterised by high-standard architectural solutions, thus also favourably impacting the appearance of its environs.
The office building provides office space of 24,500 square metres on 6 floors. The basement area of the building contains the central reception and an imposing reception area with spacious interior. The design of the floors, occupying an area of 1,100-4,000 square metres on average, adapts to the tenants’ needs to the greatest possible extent. The flexible layout of the office spaces makes it possible to efficiently form complete floors or smaller units. The building features double corridors, facilitating the best possible situation of open and closed office areas, as well as the supporting rooms. The terraces located on the top floors offer unique views of the Buda Hills, while the green roof design of the lower floors and the quiet inner garden nested between the new building wings await tenants with sports facilities.
Parking facilities are provided in the underground garage with 226 lots and the parking house with 252 lots. Those travelling by bicycle can use the showers and changing rooms situated next to the storage area.

The position of the South Buda office market has drastically changed over 2018. Thousands of office areas were vacated during the year, while the submarket had the lowest vacancy rate at the beginning of the year. South Buda is facing new challenges. The new developments arriving in 2019 are going to create a more diverse situation.
The South Buda submarket is one of the most preferred office locations in Budapest: it’s vacancy rate is under 10 percent which is the lowest among all submarkets. Office developers have not been very active here, no new building came to this market since 2010, there has only been one refurbishment although several big tenants examined/tendered this office location.
