The types of the office transactions

There are 2 different types of transactions: lease and sale transactions.

What is Lease transaction?

The lease transactions indicate the rents in quarterly cycles. Posting transactions is free of charge, but registration is necessary! The transactions appear in the transaction menu of the portal, in the office building section of the portal, in the office market information section as well as on the datasheet of the companies that are concerned with the relevant transaction.

What is Sale transaction?

Sale transactions show the sales of the office buildings. Posting transactions is free of charge, but registration is necessary! The transactions appear in the transaction menu of the portal, in the office building section of the portal, in the office market information section as well as on the datasheet of the companies that are concerned with the relevant transaction.

Who can post transactions?

Everybody can publish transactions on our portal, you only need to register.

Why does it worth to post a transaction on the portal?

The transactions show the activity factor of the office market. For the landlords it is reference and advertisement, as well as for the leasing agencies, which in the same time proves their knowledge and talent.

How can I narrow my search in the transactions section?

You can narrow your search criteria of transactions appearing on our portal according to several categories including the date, size, office building, agency and tenant.
