The Infopark is the first innovation and technology office park in Central and Eastern Europe, which today is synonymous with a progressive center for representatives of IT, telecommunications and software development, including Lufthansa Systems, the National Infocommunication Service Provider, NTT Data and the National Innovation Office. In addition to the above, many young, emerging but increasingly important market companies have also chosen the project as their headquarters. The complex with a total of 5 hectares of land with a leasable area of 100,000 m2 creates a high-quality, green working environment for about 10,000 employees.
Infopark is currently a campus comprising 7 buildings, located in a kind of unique style, landscaped environment and providing modern services. The success of the concept is indicated by the high occupancy rate and the constantly expanding demand for new tenants.

The Infopark E office building was built in 2009 according to the plans of German designer Thomas Foral. The office buildings developed by IVG can boast of several real estate professional awards. Building "E" was the first in Hungary to receive the internationally recognized green building certification system, the LEED Silver certification.

The building consists of weaving together a lower and a higher mass. The elaborately designed inner courtyard flanked by the wings of the building opens towards the central park, from where the entrances are revealed. The roof level is retracted from the plane of the façade, creating generous, wood-panelled roof terraces with magnificent views.
The Infopark is located on the Buda side, at the foot of the Rákóczi bridge, next to the university town. When choosing the location of the development, the central location and easy accessibility were decisive factors, which is excellent for motorists, public transport and bicycles.
