“Balázs brings extensive experience to Infogroup,” says Ádám Székely, Infogroup’s managing director. “I believe he will contribute greatly to the implementation of the company’s intensive development strategy.”

Czifra gained his 22-years of real estate experience in the Hungarian, Central and Eastern European property markets. Prior to Infogroup he was head of Diófa Asset Management’s real estate investment department. He began his career at DTZ as an industrial-logistics property advisor. Following this, he became the managing director and later European commercial director of SEGRO (a Pan-European logistics developer), then country head of DTZ Hungary. For several years, he participated in the preparation of one of Budapest’s significant citiscape projects. He has covered practically all segments of the real estate markets in Hungary and CEE countries, dealing with regional clients.

Czifra studied both in Budapest and at Nottingham Trent University, and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2001.
