The LEED and WELL Accredited Professional joined the company's Budapest Valuation Team in 2007 and has been involved in the activities of the first Green Building Certification Service team in the CEE region since its launch, in 2010. He personally worked on more than 40 projects, representing over 500,000 m2 of certified office space. Colliers' Budapest office has certified projects in more than 10 countries, from Sweden to South Africa, for clients such as Citi Group or Zeus Capital Management. Colliers has carried out the first LEED for Existing Buildings certification in Hungary awarded for Váci33 office building. There are several successful milestones among the company's green certifications. In 2012, Citibank's 3,000 sqm office space was the first in Hungary to receive the highest, LEED Platinum certification, while Forest Offices Debrecen was the first office building outside Budapest to receive LEED certification – also the first one having the more stringent LEED v4 certification.
