A new international technology tenant has joined the building, while an existing occupier has renewed their lease over a significant floor area. As a result of the two transactions, the occupancy rate of this “A” category office building has reached 98%, leaving only 200 square metres of space currently available.
The new tenant, CDM eStratégiai Kft., a member of the Carussel Group, has signed a long-term lease for 400 square metres of office space. The company specialises in digital automotive solutions, providing B2B software services, online marketing tools, and vehicle sales support to clients in over 40 countries.
