As one of the flagship buildings of the myhive brand, the myhive Atrium Park in Budapest has consistently enjoyed high occupancy rates, where the company's international office concept has been successful and popular from the beginning. In response to tenant demands, a number of new services have been introduced: in 2019, the first childcare facility was opened in a Budapest office building, and a year later, the mybeauty beauty salon debuted here. In recent months, two new flexible office concepts from the myhive brand - myoffice and mycowork - have been introduced in the building, and the myconference event and meeting space is now available to tenants as well.

The improvements have also been appreciated by tenants, as thanks to the new and extended leases, myhive Atrium Park has reached 100% occupancy rate for office space. Many of the new tenants have already chosen the recently introduced flexible office services.

Flexible office products and renewable interiors

Changes in recent years have created a strong demand for flexible office products, and the company has developed myoffice in response. This offers dedicated office space with unique amenities that can be moved in immediately, tailored to the client's needs, in a flexible construction.

With mycowork, tenants are able to rent a single desk for a period of time starting from one month and benefit from the full service portfolio of a premium office building. The concept of creating a sense of well-being is inspired by the style of hotels. The shared office is fully equipped with services such as internet access, printing, cleaning, postal and parcel services and a selection of drinks.

In addition, a multi-functional conference room equipped with the state-of-the-art audiovisual technology - suitable for events, receptions, presentations - was inaugurated. In addition to the common areas, the myconference also offers a lounge area, meeting rooms and a full catering service.

In addition to introducing services, the company is continuously improving the office building to maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction. The changing rooms, showers and storage facilities for cyclists have been renovated and the restaurant will be renewed this year.

Sustainable operation

IMMOFINANZ is working with its tenants to develop and implement its zero-emission strategic mission, announced at the end of last year, to reduce total greenhouse gas emissions by 60% by 2030 (below 2019 levels) to achieve zero emissions across its entire value chain by 2040, exceeding the EU's climate neutrality target for 2050. The company is already working hard to implement the strategy, with the first milestone being that from this year its entire local office portfolio will rely on green energy.

This is no different at the myhive Atrium Park, where sustainable operations supported by selective waste collection, LED lighting in common areas and motion-sensing lights. From 2022, the entire office building has been powered by green energy, including the car park and common areas.
