The aim of the concept is to allow tenants to use the community spaces for hosting guests, business meetings and recreation in addition to their actual function. The innovations and newly introduced flexible products for employee convenience are proving very popular, with most of the mycowork spaces has already leased.  

As part of the modernization the facade has been renovated, the whole building has been given modern and sustainable interior and exterior lighting, furthermore the reception areas and the gardens around the building are now available to tenants in a new concept and renewed form. The latter, a reflection of a major work by János Haller archbishop, who gave the building its name, will provide a versatile use in the future, as the garden will become an integral part of the office complex, where meetings and conferences will be held. Based on a similar concept, the high-quality café and restaurant has been redesigned with additional amenities. An intelligent system for optimizing parking spaces has been introduced, allowing tenants to rent spaces cost-effectively and flexibly. Service Point, first introduced at myhive Haller Gardens, can organize dry cleaning, taxi and flower services, massage and even occasional make-up at the request of tenants, as well as support for social life within the office building. The community manager is responsible for monitoring the needs of the tenants and organizing yoga classes and other events within the office building.
