"After a thorough market overview and analysis, and keeping in mind cost and space efficiency, UPC has chosen Haller Gardens office building where it is creating its new HQ in Budapest. Representing UPC during the talks, we were looking for an office building that offers attractive and modern office environment for the employees, while also taking into account the employer's point of view." - said Judit Varga, Head of Office Agency at CBRE. CBRE also provides full project management services (eg. technical advice, coordination of interior design work, consultation with the owner) for UPC.

"The lease contract made with UPC is not just the latest successful transaction of the last few months in the Hungarian real estate market, but it also highlights the quality, flexibility and security that we offer as a major real estate investor company." - said Viktor Nagy, Head of Asset Management Office and Logistics of the IMMOFINANZ Group in Hungary.

Haller Gardens was represented by JLL in the course of the negotiations. "Haller Gardens office building is almost unique in the Budapest market today in the sense that it offers a suitable option for tenants that require large areas, thanks to its large contiguous office spaces and excellent technical facilities. This is coupled with a professional landlord's attitude, making it a great option for companies with continuous expansion needs." - said Erika Lóska, Head of Office Leasing at JLL.

Haller Gardens office building, owned by the Austrian IMMOFINANZ opened in the summer of 2008 in the dynamically developing business environment of district 9. The office complex has over 32,000 square meters of premium leasable office space. The office building has a restaurant and a cafe, while pharmacy, grocery stores, sports facilities and cultural facilities can be found in its immediate vicinity.
