BakerStreet is a 17,000 m2, “A +” category office building in the heart of South Buda, with environmentally conscious solutions, high-quality materials and outstanding architectural technology, which is the fourth project of the Belgian Atenor in Budapest. The 8-level office building with a 4-level underground garage, terraces and inner garden is scheduled to be handed over in Q1 2023.

The development aims to receive a BREEAM Excellent green certification, but in addition to environmental awareness, accessibility also plays an important role, which is guaranteed by the Access4You certification, thinking of all people with special needs.
