The Infopark is the first innovation and technology office park in Central and Eastern Europe, which today is synonymous with a progressive center for representatives of IT, telecommunications and software development, including Lufthansa Systems, the National Infocommunication Service Provider, NTT Data and the National Innovation Office. In addition to the above, many young, emerging but increasingly important market companies have also chosen the project as their headquarters. The complex with a total of 5 hectares of land with a leasable area of 100,000 m2 creates a high-quality, green working environment for about 10,000 employees.
Infopark is currently a campus comprising 7 buildings, located in a kind of unique style, landscaped environment and providing modern services. The success of the concept is indicated by the high occupancy rate and the constantly expanding demand for new tenants.

Office Building A of Infopark was developed by AIG/Lincoln based on the plans of Studio 100 architects, and the project was handed over in 2000. The building has also received LEED Gold green certification.

The building complex consists of a three- and four-storey block connected by a cylindrical glass atrium, creating a unique main lobby space for the building's tenants. On the other side of the block, a glass atrium also connects the wings, where the restaurant's guest area has been created towards the courtyard with a terraced in between. Building A of Infopark is surrounded by a huge green park, so users of the building can directly enjoy most of the green space of the campus.
The Infopark is located on the Buda side, at the foot of the Rákóczi bridge, next to the university town. When choosing the location of the development, the central location and easy accessibility were decisive factors, which is excellent for motorists, public transport and bicycles.
