Besides the organizational units of the Court which were operated in various buildings previously, the administrative and labour court also moved to M3 Business Center, thus numerous different issues may be settled at the same place – that is the office building which may be accessed easily by public transportation and by car as well – in the future. The agreement was preceded by negotiations lasting for almost a year: CPI Hungary made every effort in order to satisfy the unique demands of the Court which are not only necessary for the high quality legal work but which also make the lives of the clients easier, since – as from September – they may settle their issues in a modern environment within well-equipped circumstances. The renting of the area of approximately 5,900 square metres is the largest new lease agreement this year.

According to Dr. Edit Hilbert, the president of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court, it will be possible for the clients to attend hearings in an actual European environment, administration will be more convenient and is expected to be faster as well. For the sake of this, CPI Hungary – at the request of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court – has fit out a client centre where the clients may be welcomed in a more organized manner.

“This lease unambiguously proves that CPI Hungary intends to satisfy the interests of all clients and that it is capable to do so. The conclusion of this contract was important for us, since it well visibly presents that M3 Business Center is continuously regaining its previous position. The lease agreement concluded with the Budapest-Capital Regional Court– following the agreement concluded with Fornax ICT – is a serious feedback also in respect our future developments. I am confident that our high quality renting and facility management activities corresponding to the 20 years development experience of CPI Hungary (formerly known Ablon) provides solid background for all our partners to choose us even if they have specific demands.” – said Adrienn Lovro, the Country Manager of CPI Hungary and Romania in connection with the conclusion of the contract.

As from 15 August 2014, the following units of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court will operate in the same building in the M3 Office Building: Branch of 1st and 2nd instance of the Civil, Administrative and Labour Division, Court of Registration of the Economic Division, Bankruptcy- and Liquidation and Civil Procedure Group, the Administrative and Labour Court of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court as well as the Office of Executors and the Penalty Execution Group.

The clients are welcomed during the same business hours, however, in the new and modern client centre of the M3 Business Center.
Due to the excellent location and the well variable fit-out, various large companies have already chosen M3 Business Center.
M3 Business Center which has a restaurant and a large number of parking places is located at the inlet section of the M3 highway, in the proximity of subway line 1 and the Városliget. While building ‘A’ – which was renovated previously – has office levels which may be split up from 150 to 1,000 square metres, the modern, luminous and well variable large spaces of building ‘B’ with 6 levels – which was opened in 2008 – give the possibility to form spacious open-office spaces. As a consequence of the dual development concept, the two buildings jointly provide an alternative to such companies – even in case of multiple and complex office ideas – which are looking for a place for their offices which is busy but also calm at the same time. The following well-known undertakings registered their seats in the office complex: Fornax ICT, Interticket, Creditexpress, Groupama Garancia, Brother International and Öko Pannon.
