CA Immo recently carried out extensive modernisation work on the building, which is located in the Buda South submarket.

To ensure the highest quality standards, CA Immo has initiated a WELL Core certification process (Gold level) for the IP West office building. WELL Building StandardTM (WELL) is an international-ly recognised standard for advancing health and well-being in buildings and promotes measures in the categories of air, water, light, movement, thermal comfort, nutrition, noise, materials, spirit and community ( In addition, the building also conforms to the highest sustainability standards according to BREEAM Vergy Good level.

Following modernization, the IP West office building is a modern, environmentally friendly building that utilises modern technologies and offers excellent services to promote health, comfort and sus-tainability. During the comprehensive revitalisation of the office building's common areas, new communal functions were created to ensure an ideal working environment for employees in the building. These include coworking, a fitness area, a library, a spacious lounge area with a pool table and table football, etc., as well as a high-quality garden area.
