E.ON Hungária Zrt. has moved to the V17 office building in September 2016.According to the original schedule, all the 600 E.ON employees were taking up their workplace in three weekends from the end of August, 2016 supported by the CBRE project management team.

The shape of the layout meets the requirements of the actual trends and the office building is characterized by functional space utilization. The open space was made comfortable by using different layout options and additional functions (phone booth, focus unit, collaboration spaces) moreover, the state-of-the-art noise reduction technology makes it more silent. The colours of the office spaces and the interior, designed by Archiflex Studio, fully meet the modern expectations and provide the E.ON employees with a suitable working environment  on the long run. The V17 office building possesses several innovative solutions. During its construction, the expectations of E.ON on sustainability were fulfilled, the lighting is provided by warm light LEDs, and the natural light plays a significant role as well. E.ON supports all the forms of environment-friendly transportation; the visitors and employees arriving with electric cars can charge their vehicles with fast charging equipment in the underground garage where 90 bike racks, locker rooms, and showers are also available for bikers.

CBRE’s project management team has been expanded to five experts who fulfilled the largest project of the past years when supporting E.ON’s moving. During the process, CBRE’s team supervised the selection of the subcontractors, the cost management tasks, harmonized the needs between the interior designers and the client, and entirely arranged the moving process.
