ATENOR’s BREEAM Excellent and Access4You Gold-certified, ESG-proof project, RoseVille, is located in the 3rd district of Budapest, Óbuda. The development is the first standalone office building of ATENOR Hungary with a total leasable area of approx. 15,500 square meters. Veeva Systems will be the first tenant to occupy the site, moving in the all new high-end office premises.
