Our office building (built in the beginning of the 1970’s) is located in the heart of the 5th district, in the business and financial centre, downtown of Budapest. Due to its central location it is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. All three underground lines of the city are a few minutes walk from the building. The underground garage under the square in front of the building provides adequate parking facilities both to our tenants as well as to their visitors. It is operated by a third party, who offers discounts on the parking fees for fleets or in case of yearly tickets.
In the 8-storey building offices are available with a beautiful view to Szent Istvan Square and to the Basilica.
