Újbuda's town centre as an office location
Allee opened in 2009 on Október 23. utca, beside the Újbuda-központ station of the M4 metro and a few minutes from Móricz Zsigmond körtér. Around it lie the campuses of the Budapest University of Technology (BME) and Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), which is why tech and engineering firms like this part of Buda. Towards the river, Dombóvári út and Szerémi út have become a newer business quarter near the Rákóczi bridge (still widely called the Lágymányosi bridge).

Getting around
The M4 takes you to Kálvin tér and Keleti station in minutes. Trams 4 and 6 run along the Grand Boulevard (Nagykörút) to Pest, and tram 1 crosses the Rákóczi bridge to Pest's southern districts. By car, the Rákóczi and Petőfi bridges and the road out towards the M1/M7 motorways are close; most newer buildings have their own garages.
