District 15 for office tenants
District 15 (XV. kerület) is made up of Rákospalota, Pestújhely and Újpalota, mostly residential neighbourhoods of family houses and housing estates on the north-eastern edge of Pest. The M3 motorway enters the city here: its link road runs along the district's eastern side, past the Pólus Center shopping centre, and joins the M0 ring road a few minutes away.
There is no office district as such. The offices here are business parks and single buildings near the motorway, chosen by companies that value road access and parking over a central address.

- Késmárk utca: IN15 Office Park on the border with District 16, several buildings including a former bank office building, with a restaurant, a gym and covered parking.
- Szentmihályi út: Pólus Pont Irodaház, beside the Pólus Center and the M3 link road.
- Mogyoród útja: a class B office building in Rákospalota, in the district's northern part.
Transport
District 15 has no metro. Buses connect it with Örs vezér tere, the terminus of metro M2, in about 10 minutes, and with Újpest-központ on metro M3. The suburban railway stops of Rákospalota serve the western part. By car, the M3 motorway and the M0 ring road are a few minutes from the business parks, giving direct routes towards Gödöllő and eastern Hungary, the airport via the M0 and the city centre via the link road. Parking is usually included or cheap.
