While retaining the structure of the existing building, the building was expanded horizontally and vertically
in 2002.
Heating and cooling of the office spaces are provided by ceiling-mounted, 4-way discharge
enclosed 4-pipe fan-coil units. A wall-mounted thermostat is used
to regulate room temperature. In large office spaces,
multi-zone temperature control is implemented. In restrooms, storage rooms, and other ancillary spaces
with externally exposed surfaces,
heat is provided by radiators. On the ground floor,
a restaurant has been established as an additional feature. e. Adjacent to the stairwell
are new restroom facilities accessible from the elevator lobby, as well as mechanical and electrical
shafts, each with a cleaning supplies storage area on every floor. Three elevators have been
installed in the building: two with a capacity of 13 people each and one with a capacity of 16. The entire building has been
designed so that every floor is accessible, even by wheelchair. The 90 surface parking spaces are provided along the front of the property line.
