The outcome of the public voting and the professional opinion of the jury overlapped in considering Eiffel Palace Office Building the best candidate for the Property Project of the Year and the Green Property Project of the Year awards.

The most important reasons behind the decision included the developer’s unique and voluntary dedication towards historic preservation and value creation, the office building’s double environmental certificate, the project’s contribution to the urban renaissance of downtown Budapest, the architecture combining exquisite aesthetic values with 21st century functionality and technical standards, the innovative green solutions, the common spaces that create a sense of community, as well as the developer’s commitment to heritage conservation.

Attila Kovács managing partner was delighted to receive the prestigious acknowledgment: “There is no greater recognition for us, developers, than the positive feedback of the real estate community and the general public. These two awards reassure us that we carried out this development with the right architectural concept and business model, and they also guide us in planning our next projects.”
