The IMMOFINANZ properties in Hungary represent 12.2% of the company’s total portfolio, including 31 properties with a carrying amount of EUR 517.9 million.

The standing investment portfolio splits into 11 office buildings (12.7% of the total office portfolio) and 14 retail properties (14.3% of the total retail portfolio). During the first half of the 2018 financial year the occupancy rate of the Hungarian portfolio increased to 94.9% (31 December 2017: 93.8%).

In the first half of the 2018 financial year, rental income in Hungary totals EUR 15.1 million, which accounts for 12.7% of the Group’s total rental income.
