The property is owned by OPTINVEST Zrt, and was designed by Pyxis Nautica Design & Build, while Colliers International was tasked with the leasing activities.
The state-of-the-art office building is situated in the city centre, at the foot of the prestigious Buda Castle. Palazzo Hunyadi has been renovated to a premium specification which is reflected in the architectural design and natural light throughout the building with its unique outdoor green terrace on the first floor. Concept and designs bring together the 150-year history of the building and the young and energetic team of the new tenant, a synergy that was not yet present in the 1st District of the City.
“The new office space will allow us to provide unparalleled legal services and give our team room for growth and further expansion” – said Kornelia Nagy Koppány, managing partner of KNP LAW Nagy Koppány Lencs & Partners.
