Lóránt has a 20-year track record in the international real estate and banking sectors having started his career at ABN AMRO Bank where he held different positions in Brazil, Netherlands, Hungary and Belgium.   Lóránt re-joins CBRE from CBS Property, a major Hungarian landowner and developer, where he held the position of CEO since 2010. Previous senior positions include CEO of TriGránit Development Corporation, the CEE-based real estate investment, development and management firm and, since 2004, Lóránt has been a member of the Board of the Netherlands – Hungarian Chamber of Commerce.

Lóránt takes over the position from Adrienne Lodge-Konthur, who will remain with CBRE Hungary as Director of Operations and HR. Adrienne has been with CBRE for 12 years and was appointed Managing Director in 2005. During her leadership the company quadrupled in size, launched many new business lines and expanded and strengthened its client base.

Andreas Ridder, Chairman of CEE at CBRE, commented:
”We are delighted to welcome Lóránt back to CBRE. He is a very well respected property professional with vast market experience and will bring a new perspective to our business, one which will be of huge benefit not only to us, but to our clients as well.

“I would also like to congratulate Adrienne on her many achievements, she did an exceptional job as Managing Director in Budapest. She led the company through many challenges, reinforced its leading position in Hungary and created a successful firm with a close-knit team of market leading professionals.  We are delighted that she will remain with the business.”
