Marcell Laczkó is no stranger to TriGranit. Between 2007 and 2018, he spent nearly 11 years with the company, progressing through several senior leadership positions. As Leasing Director, he was responsible for leasing the company's entire office portfolio, achieving an occupancy rate of 99.4% across Millennium City Center and the WestEnd office portfolio. He subsequently served as Sales Director and Head of Property Management, overseeing the asset and property management of the 134,000 sqm Millennium City Center and playing a key role in its successful sale to international institutional investors, including Heitman, Texas Pacific Group, CA Immo and Revetas. Later, as Project Director, he led the concept development and end-to-end project management of the 37,000 sqm Millennium Gardens office development.

Marcell began his career in the real estate industry in 2003 at JLL, where he represented international occupiers across the Central and Eastern European region as a Senior Consultant. Following his first tenure at TriGranit, he joined Futureal as Project Director, leading the development of Budapest One, one of Budapest's largest standalone office developments, comprising 65,000 sqm of leasable space and achieving an occupancy rate of 99.75%.

In recent years, he has also focused on the digital transformation of the real estate sector, with particular emphasis on the application of artificial intelligence to property operations, asset management and business development.

In his new role, Marcell Laczkó will be responsible for the leasing and asset management strategy of TriGranit's Hungarian portfolio, with a strong focus on value creation, strengthening long-term tenant relationships and further enhancing the competitiveness of the company's assets.
