With a background in business management and finance, Balázs began his career in the Capital Markets department at JLL. As an advisor, he contributed to several high-profile projects, including the sale of the Mammut Shopping Center, the Siemens Gizella Campus -now named HOP Technology Office Park- and buildings A1-A3 within the Terrapark complex, along with several commercial due diligence mandates. Following this, he transitioned to the developer-investor side, joining WING, one of the leading real estate developers and investors in Hungary and CEE, where he worked as a Senior Manager, in the Business Development and Transactions department. In this role, he managed and oversaw the company’s acquisition and disposal activities and contributed to WING’s acquisition of the leading Polish developer Echo Investment, further strengthening the company’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe. During his career so far, he has worked on and managed transactions exceeding 1 billion euros.

Balázs completed his studies at Durham University in the United Kingdom, where he triple majored in business management, international relations and Chinese (Mandarin), spending a year at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. While working at JLL, he obtained an MSc degree in finance from Central European University.
