The last half year was a very busy period for Pódium Office building: Five new companies requiring modern and creative office space in a lively vicinity have taken up areas ranging from 360 to 950 sq m. All millennial enterprises decided to create their office environment based on the latest fresh and “industrial” design, that is to say open space no suspended ceiling, exciting details and selected furniture – all signs of the new trends for professional office space arrangement.

Geometry Global, a creative and media agency, was the first tenant to join followed by three IT companies – Code Cool, Black Swan, liligo.com – and the latest tenant: Egon Zehnder.

“Pódium office building’s fresh look, upgraded technical standards and its busy, downtown location proves to be very attractive for young, creative and IT companies, where the environment serves not only as an office but also as a second home for their employees. They stay in the office after work, sit on the large terraces of the building and have a drink together in the downtown – this is the new way of life of the millennial companies. This is why we are confident that the vacant office areas in the building will also be occupied very soon”, commented Katalin Sermer, country manager of S IMMO Hungary, Hungarian subsidiary of the Austrian investor and owner S IMMO AG.

“We are monitoring a strong interest of potential tenants who would like to enjoy an exceptional, centrally located and good quality office building for a reasonable price. We have several ongoing negotiations for most parts of the building and are very optimistic to see further prospective tenants within a short period of time”, said Angéla Jójárt, Associate at the Office Agency at Colliers International, the exclusive leasing consultant of the property.
