ConvergenCE has signed a long-term lease agreement with Etalon-Informatika Kft., which will establish its new 700 sqm headquarters on site, with move-in scheduled for 2026.

The initial phase of CityZen modernization has concluded, delivering contemporary, refined reception spaces and a state-of-the-art access control system that enhances security and provides a tenant-centric user experience. The communal areas were designed by MádiLáncos Studio, 
featuring welcoming layouts and a cohesive visual identity.

“The transformation of CityZen is part of a comprehensive, multi-year development program. Our goal is not only to elevate the building’s aesthetic appearance, but also to ensure that its technical capabilities and service offering meet the expectations of today’s tenants,” said Dóra Papp-Vas, Leasing Director at ConvergenCE. She added: “The arrival of Etalon-Informatika Kft. is an important confirmation for us, clearly demonstrating the increasing appeal of CityZen’s refreshed spaces and services.”

Negotiations with Etalon-Informatika Kft. – a company specializing in services related to enterprise data-center servers – began in May. The tenant was represented by Tamás Pál, Business Development Director at iO Partners. The company will move into the building in 2026, with the office fit-out fully tailored to its specific operational requirements.

To provide maximum flexibility for current and prospective tenants, ConvergenCE is preparing additional lease-ready spaces. Alongside the new tenant’s headquarters, a 150 sqm ready-to-move-in office unit is being developed on the 4th floor. In addition, a 400 sqm turnkey sample office on the 5th floor has been completed, scheduled for handover in December 2025.
