With the contribution of DTZ two new tenants are moving to the exclusive office building, Alkotás Point. One of the tenants is Strusoft, a dynamically growing IT corporation specialized in the development on engineering software. The other tenant is an industrial service provider.
Alkotás Point is located in Central Buda and has an outstanding technical content to fulfill and satisfy both of the tenants’ needs. The owner of the office building Heitman European Property Partners IV was represented during the transaction by DTZ and AIG/Lincoln.
