The building is expected to offer approximately 9,000 sqm of office on a plot near another office project by U.S. investor Hampshire’s Green Point project. According to EIA documentation, Čamek plans to start construction in July 2015, with completion foreseen in 2017. Penta also has office development plans for the area, with a plot at the corner of Plzeňská and Mozartova streets.
