Zoltán Ligetvári worked in the Capital Markets investment advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield the past eight years, where he also served as a partner, playing key roles in selling prestigious commercial property. His prior work experience ranged from financial management at Swietelsky, through acquisitions at ORCO Property Group and director at Budapesti Ingatlanfejlesztési és Hasznosítási Nyrt., as well as asset management at CIB Bank.
