Hello! My name is Róbert Papp, and I am the founder and managing director of CitiReal Advisors. For the past 15 years, I have worked in the commercial real estate sector as a consultant and leasing specialist. The real estate sector is both my profession and my passion. Throughout my career, I have participated in successful real estate development and utilization projects totaling more than 250,000 m², supporting landlords of well-known projects such as the Office Garden Office Park, BSR Center, Corvin Promenade, Kalvin Center, Krisztina Palace, RiverPark, and the Corvin Office Building. At the same time, as one of the most active tenant representation consultants in the Budapest office market, I have managed real estate-related tasks for major domestic and international corporations, including Bridgestone, AEGON, Tata Consultancy Services, LogMeIn, Ustream, and Alpiq. Through my work, I have gained extensive and in-depth experience in understanding the real estate-related decisions of medium-sized and multinational companies. I founded CitiReal with the intention of providing a new, proactive approach to successfully managing our clients’ and customers’ real estate-related tasks and challenges, thereby supporting them in achieving their business goals. We believe that the recipe for SUCCESS lies in combining proactivity with expertise and the right skills.
