Our general expectations are as follows: • approx. 150-200nm area • in a busy, well-publicized location • preferably on the ground floor, accessible from the street • customer space and executive office, meeting room, server room, kitchenette, wet block • The proper alterations can be made by owner or tenant in agreement but better if the funds are available as much as possible. • rent: 5-10 euro / nm (+ operating fee about 2-3 euro / nm) • long term rental is planned.
