For light industry activities, for the manufactory production of our own brand small series clothes, we are looking for an office-type property, a part of the property in the countryside, in a rural city. We plan to equip ourselves with the right new machines. Requirements: own water block (with washbasin, 1 washing machine and dryer for operation with stand and space); a separate 15-20 m2 room for storing raw materials and ready-made clothes; a smaller separate room and one or 2 larger single-space rooms for design and sewing activities. We are looking for a solution to start our activity with the expected minimum security and property protection. Premises: rural cities Győr-Moson-Sopron, Veszprém, Fejér and Somogy counties.
