Olyan helyszínt szeretnénk találni, amely legalább két 20-20 m2-es helyiséget tudna biztosítani, de a legjobb az volna, ha akár egy 40-45 m2-es és egy 20-25 m2-es helyiség is bérelhető lenne. Zenei magánórákat és klasszikus zenei kamarapróbákat tartunk rendszeresen, ezért, bár extrém hangerőre nem kell számítania, azért fontos, hogy a falak vastagsága, vagy esetleges hangszigetelés segítse, hogy a többi bérlőt ne zavarja a munkánk.
