We are looking for an office consisting of two separate rooms, where 1 person would work. It is important for us that there is a direct passage between the two offices, preferably a door, as we often negotiate with each other, and due to confidential information, we do not want these conversations to be overheard by others. We would constantly need 1 permanent parking space, as well as an additional parking space occasionally (for a few hours or a day). We organize rally competitions, so our customer traffic is low, the office is primarily used for background work. In addition, we would occasionally need the use of a meeting room for 3-4 people.
