Description

Airport City is situated within the lathe of Vecsés, near the crossing of Ferihegy High Speed Road and Üllői út, 5 minutes from Ferihegy Airport and the recently opened M0 motorway section. The first phase (Building C) of the logistic park, comprising 8 300 m² warehouse space available for rent and about 2 000 m² office area opened in June 2008. The second phase (Building D) with its 9300 sq m leasable area opened in January 2009. With the completion of the subsequent phases, the total area for rent will account for 72 000 m² out of which, 52 000 m2 is to be warehouse and 20 000 m2 office space. Thanks to its excellent location, the flexible construction and on site customs services, the park is expected to be highly popular among Hungarian as well as international logistics and trade companies.
