Flexi Offices Csévi – coworking and serviced office in Pasarét, the green belt of Budapest’s 2nd district.
Our owner-operated modern office building, fully renovated in 2021, sits 3 minutes from Pasaréti tér with a panoramic view of the Buda Hills. We offer desks and lockable offices to freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and teams of 2–10 – with a 1-month minimum term and no hidden costs. Your own desk from €10 a day.

Included in every plan: furnished workstation, fast internet, unlimited coffee and tea, kitchen and dining area, large terrace, quiet zone, reception (guest welcoming, parcel handling) and cleaning. Members get 24/7 access via a phone app.

Plans and prices (net):

Hot Desk – €25/day: occasional desk without membership, weekdays 9:00–17:00, booked daily.
5 days Flexi Desk – €105/month: 5 days a month, with Flexi membership and booking discounts. Built for hybrid work.
10 days Flexi Desk – €145/month: 10 days a month, same membership benefits.
Fix Desk – €210/month (≈€10 per working day): your own permanent desk, 24/7 access.
Fix Desk Pro – €300/month: Fix Desk plus lockable storage, a monitor and 4 hours of meeting room per month.
Gallery Room: lockable 3-desk office on the 3rd-floor gallery, overlooking the Buda Hills. Hybrid packages from €225/month.
Tower Room: 2-desk private office in the tower – available from spring 2027, price on request.
Private office for 3–4 and Team Desk plan for 3–5: price on request, with Flexi memberships sized to your team.
Meeting and presentation room: €18/hour or €100/day, discounted for members.

Getting here and parking: Pasaréti tér (bus 5) is a 3-minute walk; trams 56, 59 and 61 on Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor about 10 minutes; Széll Kálmán tér (M2) about 10 minutes by bus. By car: 10 on-site parking spaces at €50/month + VAT – current availability on request.

Why us: the building is run by its owner – no franchise, decisions are made on site. PKF Hungary’s accounting and tax advisory office works in the same house, so help with your business admin is right down the hall.
