Offices for rent at the Pest end of Árpád bridge
The Pest end of Árpád bridge, where Váci út crosses Róbert Károly körút in District XIII, is the centre of Budapest's largest office district. Here you find many of the city's biggest Class A buildings, many with green certificates, and a good choice for regional headquarters and shared service centres.

The heart of the Váci út corridor
Around the M3 station Göncz Árpád városközpont (named Árpád híd until 2020), the old industrial land of Angyalföld has been rebuilt since the late 1990s into a dense cluster of office towers, with homes and shops in between. Many international firms run their Hungarian headquarters or service centres here. The Danube embankment and Margaret Island are a short walk away, and the Árpád bridge leads to Óbuda.
What you will find

Transport
The M3 runs under Váci út, with Göncz Árpád városközpont and Forgách utca serving the area and Deák tér about ten minutes away. Tram 1 runs along Róbert Károly körút to Óbuda and to south Pest, and the bus station at the bridge serves northern Budapest. By car, Róbert Károly körút and the Árpád bridge connect to Buda and towards the M3 motorway; parking is generous in most buildings.
