Eight months after earthworks began and the foundation stone was laid, all the floors of the first airport hotel in Hungary with direct terminal access have been constructed, and the highest point of the structure has been reached. During the traditional topping-out ceremony, the managers of WING Zrt., the developer, and Budapest Airport announced that the hotel is due to receive the first guests at the end of this year, as planned.
The time capsule of the first hotel in Hungary with direct terminal access was placed at Ferenc Liszt International Airport. The 145-room ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel also featuring conference facilities is scheduled for completion in 18 months.
JLL has been exclusively appointed to represent the landlord in the letting of the office spaces in several properties at Budapest Airport. Altogether 8,300 sq m office space is available in various buildings and locations between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
