Eight months after earthworks began and the foundation stone was laid, all the floors of the first airport hotel in Hungary with direct terminal access have been constructed, and the highest point of the structure has been reached. During the traditional topping-out ceremony, the managers of WING Zrt., the developer, and Budapest Airport announced that the hotel is due to receive the first guests at the end of this year, as planned.

The UK has taken the top spot as the most popular destination for retailers looking to expand their store presence in EMEA in 2017. 65% of retailers cited the UK as their target market for expansion, according to the latest research from global property advisor, CBRE. 19% of retailers, however, target Hungary which is the fifth most admired market along with Spain and the Netherlands.
