Budapest ONE’s all three phases achieve highest WELL rating

The final two phases of Budapest ONE, located at Őrmező, Hungary’s largest multimodal transport hub, have received the highest Platinum level of WELL Core certification. The 66,000 sqm complex has met the requirements of the WELL Building Standard™, which values and recognises spaces that improve people’s health and well-being worldwide. Futureal was the first company in Hungary to commit to promoting people-centred buildings. As a result, several of its office developments have now achieved WELL certification, totaling 130,000 sqm of lettable space.
