Skanska Property Hungary has sold its internationally awarded Green House office project. The new owner of the green office building is the Hungarian open-ended property fund Torony Real Estate Investment Fund managed by Diófa Fund Management, a member of FHB Group.
Green House was chosen to be the World Gold Winner in the office category for the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2014. The highest recognition was handed over by Dr. Flavio Gonzaga Nunes, the World President of FIABCI, during the 65th Fiabci World Congress and World Prix d’Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony on the 21st of May in Luxembourg.

One more big international company voted for Green House. Hungary’s first and only LEED Platinum certified office will be home to the Hungarian headquarters of MSCI as of 1 March 2014. The global provider of investment decision support tools will occupy 3,694 sq m of office space on the fourth and sixth floors in the 13th district property.
