We are looking for a modern, A-category or new office for our software development company, our main requirements are the following: Size and number of staff • office suitable for comfortable accommodation of approx. 15 people • approximately 180–220 m² of rentable area Layout • larger common office space / open office for approx. 10–12 people, with project-based layout options • separate executive office • at least 1 larger, multifunctional meeting room / project status room, for approx. 8–10 people • well-usable, full-fledged kitchen and community space, with dining options • lockable IT/equipment storage • foyer and cloakroom Technical conditions • possibility of building a stable, high-capacity internet connection • modern cooling and ventilation system Parking and micromobility • approx. 4–6 fixed parking spaces, preferably in an underground garage • guest parking options • bicycle and scooter storage • shower facilities in the building. Please send us by email the floor plans of the office spaces currently or in the near future available, meeting the above conditions, as well as the indicative financial terms, in particular the rental fee, operating fee, parking fees and any other regular costs.
