Two or three loosely connected companies are looking for an office to rent together on the Buda side, preferably with good public transportation options. Our expectations: - Category A - minimum 2-3 rooms that do not open onto each other (minimum 50-60 sqm per room) - ideal size: between 140-180 sqm - have your own meeting room or a meeting room booking option in the office building (with a capacity of up to 12 people at a time) - preferably have your own bathroom (separate for men and women), but if you don't have to share with many people, it's also good if it's shared - preferably have your own kitchen - possibility of renting at least 2, but preferably 4-6 parking spaces - be air-conditioned - we can register the address of the office building as the headquarters of all 2-3 companies - ground floor office or office accessible by elevator - a presentation machine with a noise level of 70-80 dB would be placed in one of the rooms, so a well-soundproofed room would be ideal - a 300kg machine would also have to be brought into the same room, so the floor The load capacity and the size of the door (over 90cm wide) are also important considerations (industrial electricity is not required). (For now, the 2nd company is the only one that is guaranteed, the 3rd is only an optional connection, so the minimum conditions are understood as alternative.)
